Why Do We Use CCTV?

Our CCTV system records the inside of the vehicle to:

Ensure the safety of passengers and the driver
Deter and detect crime
Assist in resolving complaints or disputes

What Is Being Recorded?

Video footage only (no audio is recorded)
The system records inside the vehicle’s passenger cabin
Footage is recorded continuously while the vehicle is in operation

How Long Do We Keep Footage?

CCTV footage is stored securely for a maximum of 28 days, unless it is needed for:

Ongoing investigations
Insurance or legal proceedings
After this period, footage is automatically deleted.

How Is It Protected?

Footage is stored on encrypted systems
Access is restricted to the licensed operator and law enforcement (when legally requested)
We do not share footage with third parties for marketing or profiling
